Billy Davies today insisted Nottingham Forest's proud unbeaten away record is not a distraction either for him or his players.
The Reds have not lost on their travels since March and are the only team in all four English divisions to remain undefeated away from home this season.
They will be looking to extend that sequence to an impressive 14 matches against Swansea at The Liberty Stadium tomorrow (kick-off 3pm).
But boss Davies insisted: "We're proud of our run but there's no mention of it at the training ground.
"I keep telling the players to forget about good runs and what's going on - just focus and concentrate on the next game.
"But nobody has spoken about the run and whether it makes us nervous.
"Do we think about the run? Not at all.
"We're preparing for this game and thinking of nothing else.
"We've had an extra day's recovery with three days between the trip to Sheffield United and the trip to Swansea, so we should have much fitter and fresher players than we did at Bramall Lane."
The game at The Liberty Stadium will see fourth-placed Forest go head-to-head with the team directly below them in the Championship.
And after the physical contest The Reds found themselves in at Sheffield United, Davies is expecting a game more suited to the purists.
He added: "I'm expecting a really difficult game because of the way both teams play but it could be a really good game.
"It will be more suited to our style of play - it won't be any easier but I'm sure that our players will be looking forward to it more than they looked forward to the Sheffield game."
