Nottingham Forest are looking for two enthusiastic volunteers to become the club's official Archivists.

The position was filled by Academy Director Bob Fairhall, who sadly passed away last year.

Operations Manager Brandon Furse explained: "Since Bob's death, the club has been without a custodian of all our trophies, the history and all the fantastic stories that make the club what it is.

"There's information all over the place with different people, like our former Secretary Ken Smales and Webmaster Geoff Peabody, who have worked extremely hard to collate it and keep on top of the task.

"We're now looking for two volunteers to pull everything together.

"We would be looking for them to keep a record of all the trophies and silverware and take ownership of all the statistics relating to the club that are already in place."

The positions are voluntary - although there will be significant benefits available - and applicants must be available to work during normal office hours.

Anyone interested should write explaining their knowledge and experience of the club and any relevant past experience of similar positions either by email to custodian@nottinghamforest.co.uk or by letter to Brandon Furse, Nottingham Forest FC, The City Ground, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday, July 1. The club will contact their preferred candidates after that date.
