Billy Davies has been appointed the new manager of Nottingham Forest.

The City Ground helm and will be paraded at a media conference tomorrow.
He has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract and is joined at Forest by David Kelly, who becomes the club's new assistant manager.
Chief Executive Mark Arthur said: "Billy's record in the Championship is superb and we're hoping he can build on his already impressive achievements with us."
Davies will officially start work on Monday but will be at The City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday to see his new side go head-to-head with Manchester City in the FA Cup.
John Pemberton, who had been in caretaker charge of The Reds following Calderwood's depature, will take the team at City.
Davies' first official game in charge of Forest will be against Charlton at The Valley on Saturday week.
Davies first made his name as a manager in England with Preston, twice taking them to the play-offs and the brink of promotion to the Premier League.
He enjoyed his greatest managerial success to date at Derby, guiding them to promotion to the top flight via the play-offs.
