Carl Fletcher returns to the Nottingham Forest squad for tomorrow's Championship encounter with Bristol City at Ashton Gate (kick-off 3pm).

But doubts still persist about the fitness of striker Robert Earnshaw and defender Joel Lynch.

The pair missed last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Birmingham - Earnshaw with a calf injury and Lynch through illness - and their chances of returning this weekend look slim.

Fletcher, meanwhile, sat out the Birmingham game with a back problem but the midfielder, who is on loan at The City Ground from Crystal Palace, was able to resume training yesterday.

The Welsh international (pictured) came through the work-out with no apparent ill-effects and has been included in the Forest squad for the trip to the West Country.

The Reds will again be without long-term injury victims Julian Bennett and Guy Moussi, while Lewis McGugan misses the second game of his three-match suspension following his sending-off against Derby.
