Earnshaw Fit For Wales
Wed 03 Sep 2008
Nottingham Forest striker Robert Earnshaw has linked up with the Welsh international squad after all.
It was thought that the £2.65m striker might be withdrawn from John Toshack's squad after picking up a hamstring strain in Forest's game against Wolves at the weekend.
But Earnshaw had a scan on Monday - the results of which gave him the all-clear to join Wales in readiness for World Cup qualifying matches against Azerbaijan and Russia.
Earnshaw was originally omitted from the squad but was given a late call-up last week.
