Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Paddy Gamble has joined Nottinghamshire neighbours Mansfield Town on loan.

Gamble, who spent pre-season on trial at Field Mill, is committed to The Stags until December 31.

He's likely to make his debut for Mansfield in their Blue Square Premier Division opener against Ebbsfleet tomorrow.

Gamble spent last season on loan in the Blue Square Premier with Northwich Victoria and was the joint winner of their 'Player of the Year' award and also landed the 'Young Player of the Year' title.
