Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Guy Moussi from French side SCO Angers subject to international clearance.
The Reds have paid an undisclosed fee for the 23 year old midfielder, who has signed a three -year contract.
Moussi, who has spent the past six years at Angers, completed the formalities of his switch to
The City Ground earlier today after agreeing terms with the club and undergoing a medical.
He arrived in England over the weekend accompanied by family members, his agent and David Friio, the former Forest midfielder who is now the club's scout in France.
Friio watched Moussi in action several times last season before alerting manager Calderwood and the club's chief scout Keith Burt to the potential of the player.
Calderwood and Burt travelled across the English Channel to take a look at Moussi for themselves in the closing stages of last term and added him to their wanted list after The Reds had secured promotion back to the Championship.
And Calderwood is delighted to have held off competition from top-flight French clubs to secure Moussi's services.
