A stunning second-half effort by ten-man Forest gave them all three points after they fought back from 1-0 down. The game started slowly but Forest gradually took control and played some creative football in the second half of the first 45 minutes. But it was Huddersfield who took the lead when they were awarded a controversial penalty and Kelvin Wilson was shown the red card. Forest's determination showed through in the second half and they were rewarded with an equalizer. They continued to push for the winner, which didn't come until stoppage time, but the quality of Lewis McGugan's goal was worth the wait.
