Nottingham Forest are top of the League for Christmas after they beat Port Vale 2-0. Forest dominated much of the first half and were rewarded with a goal from Junior Agogo, who almost produced a second just before the break. It was a lively second half with chances for both sides, but it was Forest who again found the back of the net with a goal from Lewis McGugan.
