2. Arrange an appointment at your convenience to view our facilities and discuss your requirements with your dedicated Event Co-ordinator.
3. Decide on a suitable facility and catering package from the variety of options we have available.
4. Confirm your booking in writing either by fax on 0115 982 4438, by E-mail to
catering@nottinghamforest.co.uk or by post to Conference and Banqueting, Nottingham Forest Football Club,
The City Ground, Nottingham NG2 5FJ. Businesses are required to submit a non-refundabledeposit to the Conference and Banqueting department at this stage.
5. Simply complete an agreement form checking our terms and conditions and a credit application should you wish to take advantage of our credit facilities.
6. Liaise with your Event Co-ordinator to decide on final arrangements about room layout, menu requirements and anticipated number of guests at least two months before the event.
7. Submit your final number of guests 14 days prior to the event.
8. When the day arrives, be confident that your event will run as smoothly as planned with our warm welcome, exceptional service and outstanding cuisine.
