It was with deep sadness that Nottingham Forest were informed of the death of Blaine Thomas.

Blaine, who was 17, tragically passed away on Monday as he prepared to head down to The City Ground to watch The Reds in action against Cardiff.

A season ticket holder, he also travelled to away games and his loss will be deeply felt by many of our fans.

The club would like to extend its sincere condolences to his family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
