Requests for players to attend events must be made well in advance of the proposed date of attending and should also include the following information:

• Date of the proposed event.
• What you are requesting the player to do.
• The reason for requesting a player along with any specific benefits you feel it would bring to your charity.
• How long you require the player to be in attendance.
• Address and information on the location.
• Relevant contact information to respond.

Due to the nature of the unpredictable schedule of the players, the club cannot 100% guarantee a certain player will attend a charity event. Players will not be available the day before or day after a match.
