2. I am a current season ticket holder, can I upgrade to hospitality?
Season ticket holders qualify for a discount of £15 (adults) and £7.50 (seniors and under 18s) when upgrading to a hospitality package.
Upgrades can be claimed by calling the commercial team on 0115 982 4450. After booking you will be required to post your season ticket slip for that match to the following address:

3. Can I buy a hospitality package if I am an away supporter?
Nottingham Forest welcome all supporters in their hospitality areas.
Visiting fans are however asked to dress and act appropriately as they will be situated among home supporters. Failure to abide by these guidelines could result in you being asked to leave the stadium.
4. I have bought a hospitality package, is there car parking?
Some hospitality packages include car parking (detailed below), but if parking is not provided you can call 0115 982 4450 (Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm) to request to add it to your booking.
Please note - parking availability is limited and subject to additional cost.
If you have purchased Executive Box hospitality, two car park spaces are reserved in the Brian Clough Stand car park as part of your package.
If you have purchased a VIP or Directors' Club package, one car parking space is included (subject to availability) but must be requested upon booking.
5. What car parks are available and where are they located?
The club use three local car parks.
If car parking is not included in your package , the following options are available at an additional cost:

6. What is the dress code?
Castle Club - Casual (football shirts permitted)
Robin Hood Suite - Smart-casual (no jeans, t-shirts or trainers)
1865 Club - Smart-casual (no t-shirts, no trainers, smart jeans permitted, i.e. no tears)
Executive Box - Casual (football shirts permitted)
Directors' Box - Smart-casual, collar and tie encouraged (no jeans, t-shirts or trainers)
7. What time should I arrive?
For a weekend game, hospitality will be available three hours before kick-off.
For a midweek game, hospitality will be available two hours and 45 minutes before kick-off.
8. When will the hospitality areas close?
All hospitality areas close one hour after the final whistle (usually 6pm for a 3pm kick-off).
9. Where do I enter the ground?

11. Are there smoking areas within the hospitality areas?
Designated smoking areas are available for the following hospitality packages: Executive Box, Robin Hood Suite, 1865 Club, VIP Package and the Directors' Club.
E-cigarettes can only be smoked in designated smoking areas.

13. Our visit is for a special occasion, are there any extras we can purchase to make the day even better?
If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like a complimentary half-time message on the big screen and/or a personalised Forest cake presented to you by a Forest legend (for an additional £30), please call the commercial team on 0115 982 4450

*Please be aware that there is a strict limit on the number of half-time big screen messages and that personalised cakes must be ordered at least four days in advance.
14. Are children able to attend?
Children over four years old are welcome in all areas.
Children under four years old are permitted in the Castle Club and Executive Boxes, but please be aware there are no baby changing facilities in these areas.
