Promotions and Match Day Prices Match ticket prices will be decided on a match by match basis and will range between £20 and £35. Prices are also subject to a £2 increase when purchased on match day. As in previous seasons, we may have up to four 'kids for a quid' fixtures and up to two 'concession' games. Nottingham Forest make every effort to ensure that season ticket prices remain the cheapest way to retain your seat for every home league match, even including price promotions. Can't Attend a Match? If you know of a game that you will not be able to attend, and would like to pass your ticket to a friend or family member, please present your season ticket to the Ticket Office and they will exchange the voucher for that match for a match ticket of the same age band and same seat. It is strongly recommended that you do not hand over your season ticket to another person to use as this may compromise the user on the day. If you need to upgrade the age category of the match ticket for the match you cannot attend, you will be required to use one of the four 'upgrade' vouchers in your season ticket book. Changing Your Seat You can move to an alternative seat in the ground for a particular match up to four times a season by using one of the four 'alternative' vouchers in your season ticket book. If you wish, you can move to a different seat in the ground for the remainder of the season. Should the cost of a season ticket in the alternative area be more than that from where you are moving, you will be required to pay the difference in price, pro-rata for the remaining games. If you have used all the upgrade or alternative vouchers in your season ticket book but still wish to move your seat or pass on your ticket for a selected match, please contact the Ticket Office for further assistance. Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour Should you have a problem in the ground with antisocial behaviour, let us know by texting 'forest' plus your message to 60066. Our Control Room will receive this message within one minute and staff will monitor the situation immediately. Ground Regulations Failure to abide by the Ground Regulations (displayed around the stadium, in the Ticket Office, online or by calling 0115 982 4444) may result in your season ticket being confiscated. You are reminded that persistent standing in seated areas is a breach of the Ground Regulations and you are asked to remain seated at all times during the game. We are very keen to maintain very high standards of behaviour in order to attract and retain supporters. The positive action we take is to ensure that you can fully enjoy your match day experience. We reserve the right to restrict the sale of tickets at any time. Blind or Partially-Sighted If you are a blind or partially sighted supporter, you can take advantage of the exclusive match day commentary provided for us by a specially trained commentator.
