Go to www.nffcretail.com
If you have a client reference number:
Click on the Login button and scroll to the section marked Activate My Account (see Step 3)
If you are a new customer and don't have a client reference number:
Click on the Register button and enter your details* (go to Step 5)
If you have a client reference number but can't remember it:
Enter your e-mail address and have the ticket office e-mail you your client reference number.
*Please note that if you are purchasing a concessionary age related ticket online you will need to provide the Ticket Office with your date of birth. If your date of birth is incorrect, please follow the instructions in the 'My Account' section to get it corrected.
Enter the following details under Activate My Account:
A. Your Client Reference number
B. Your surname
C. Your postcode
If we find your details your account will be activated and you will be shown your details. If the details you have entered don't work then you can enter your email address in the 'Forgotten your client reference number?' field and have the details emailed to you, (this only works if your email address is registered with the Ticket Office) alternatively please contact the Ticket Office on 0871 226 1980, or e-mail email@example.com
Review and edit where necessary your details as displayed on the screen and then click the Save Details button.
After confirming your details you will be taken to your Welcome Page.
From here you can buy Season Tickets or match tickets that are available to you. Please note only matches that are available to you as an Away member, Season Ticket holder, NFFC member or general sale will be displayed. If the match isn't available to you it means that it is not on sale yet to you.
Click the Season Ticket or Match Tickets tab and click what you wish to buy.
To purchase a ticket, you can choose your seat by viewing the stadium view where you can click on a block and choose from the seats that are available. When you are happy with your selection click the Add To Basket button and your ticket will be automatically added to your shopping basket.
From the basket click the Checkout Now button.
You will be taken to a secure page where you can make payment.
Adding friends and family to your NFFC account.
You can now add friends and family to your NFFC account, meaning that you can purchase your match tickets together.
Once you have logged in, click on 'my account' in the top right corner of the screen, then click 'Friends & Family'.
To add a friend or family member, you will need their client reference number and post code. Enter these details into the fields that appear and this person will be added to your account.
When purchasing your tickets, you can click on a number of seats. These seats will appear on the right hand side, and you will find a drop-down list next to your name. Your friends and family members will be in this drop-down list, meaning you can allocate each seat to a different person. Once you have chosen your seats, click 'add to basket' and process the payment as usual.
